General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 — Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCs) govern reservations made on the mycowork.fr website, operated by myCowork (a French simplified joint-stock company with a capital of 2,000 euros, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 809 707 094, 54 rue Greneta, 75002 Paris), concerning:

• the rental of meeting rooms (Federici, Dali, Niki, Stravinski, Merri, Georges),
• the rental of coworking spaces (Beaubourg, Montorgueil),
• associated complementary services (catering options).

Any reservation made on the website implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTCs.

Article 2 — Reservation

Reservations are made online via the form available on the website, by providing the date, time, number of people, and customer contact details. The reservation is only confirmed after payment validation.

Article 3 — Pricing

Meeting room rates are indicated exclusive of tax (excl. tax) on the website; coworking space rates are indicated inclusive of all taxes (incl. tax). The applicable VAT is that in force on the day of the reservation.

Rates are subject to change at any time; the rate applicable to a reservation is the one displayed at the time of its validation.

Article 4 — Payment Terms

Payment is made online, by credit card, via the secure Stripe platform. myCowork does not store any credit card data; these are processed directly by Stripe.

The reservation is definitively confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

Article 5 — Cancellation and Modification

All cancellations must be requested in writing to info@mycowork.fr.

The applicable cancellation period is 14 days (2 weeks) before the reservation date. After this period, the reservation remains due in full, unless otherwise agreed by myCowork.

Any request for modification of date or time will be reviewed based on availability, without guarantee of acceptance.

Article 6 — Catering Options (“food”)

Catering options are offered subject to compliance with the following conditions:

• a minimum of 7 people,
• an order placed at least 4 business days before the event date.

These options are not available for all rooms (notably the Georges room). Any modification to a catering order after validation is subject to myCowork’s agreement and the deadlines indicated above.

Article 7 — Access and Use of Premises

The client agrees to use the premises and equipment provided (rooms, coworking spaces) with due diligence, in accordance with their intended purpose, and to respect the reserved times. Any damage observed may be subject to additional invoicing.

Article 8 — Liability

myCowork shall not be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of the premises, nor for personal items left unattended.

Article 9 — Complaints

Any complaint regarding a reservation must be sent to info@mycowork.fr as soon as possible.

Article 10 — Applicable Law

These GTCs are governed by French law. Any dispute shall, in the absence of an amicable resolution, fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris.
