How to register your company with myCowork?
- You write to us. Send an email to domiciliation@mycowork.fr with your desired start date, your company registration document (Kbis) (or the name of the company to be created), and the contact details of the person in charge of the file.
- We prepare your file. We send you the list of required documents, the postal power of attorney, the direct debit authorization, the contract to sign, and the first invoice (first month + 3-month deposit).
- Your company is registered. Upon receipt of all elements, we will send you the countersigned contract and your domiciliation certificate.

Starting from €49 excl. VAT/month for simple reception, with a 3-month deposit upon opening. You can add weekly forwarding (+€20 excl. VAT/month) and/or scanning (+€59 excl. VAT/month), excluding postage costs.
What steps are required to register with myCowork?
Send us an email at montorgueil@mycowork.fr with:
- the desired domiciliation start date
- the company’s Kbis (company registration document) or, failing that, the name of the company to be registered
- the full contact details of the person in charge of the file
Upon receipt, we will ask you for:
- the list of documents to provide
- the postal power of attorney to complete
- the bank direct debit authorization to complete
- the domiciliation contract to complete and sign
- the first invoice (first month + €150 excl. VAT security deposit) and our bank details
Upon receipt of all elements, we will send you the countersigned contract and the domiciliation certificate.
What documents are required to register with myCowork?
Domiciliation is highly regulated, so we ask you to provide the following documents:
- Photocopy of the legal representative’s ID
- Company’s Kbis (company registration document) if already created (otherwise to be provided upon receipt)
- Proof of residence for the legal representative
- Social security contribution collection agency
- Proof of phone service for the legal representative
- Certificate of location where accounting documents are held (unless same as domicile)
- Postal power of attorney for receiving registered mail
- Bank direct debit authorization
In addition, the following documents must be provided again each year:
- Company’s Kbis (company registration document)
- Proof of residence

When you request to join our Montorgueil Services domiciliation center, we provide you with:
- a contract to sign
- an invoice for a 3-month domiciliation deposit (not cashed)
- A list of documents to provide us with
Upon receipt of these 3 elements, we countersign your contract and issue a domiciliation certificate.
