myCowork (SAS, RCS Paris 809 707 094, 54 rue Greneta, 75002 Paris) is responsible for processing personal data collected on the mycowork.fr website.

As part of a reservation for a room, coworking space, or office, we collect:
- your first and last name,
- your email address,
- your phone number,
- if applicable, your company name and address (for invoicing purposes),
- your reservation details (date, room, chosen options).
Payment information (credit card number) is processed directly by our provider Stripe and is never stored by myCowork.
Why Do We Collect This Data
This data is used exclusively for:
- managing and tracking your reservation,
- issuing the corresponding invoice,
- sending communications related to your reservation (confirmation, reminder).
Legal Basis
The processing of your data is based on the performance of the reservation contract you enter into with us.
Retention Period
Your data is retained for the period necessary to manage your reservation and to comply with applicable accounting and tax obligations (10 years for invoicing documents, in accordance with French regulations).
Data Sharing
Your data is processed by the following tools, which are necessary for the operation of the service:
- Amelia (booking management plugin),
- Stripe (online payment processing),
- OVH (website hosting, France).
We commit to never disclosing or selling your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
Your Rights
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, and port your data, as well as the right to object to and restrict its processing.
