The reservation is only confirmed after payment validation. <\/p><p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Article 3 \u2014 Pricing<\/strong><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">Meeting room rates are indicated exclusive of tax (excl. tax) on the website; coworking space rates are indicated inclusive of all taxes (incl. tax). The applicable VAT is that in force on the day of the reservation. <\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">Rates are subject to change at any time; the rate applicable to a reservation is the one displayed at the time of its validation.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Article 4 \u2014 Payment Terms<\/strong><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">Payment is made online, by credit card, via the secure Stripe platform. myCowork does not store any credit card data; these are processed directly by Stripe. <\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">The reservation is definitively confirmed only upon receipt of payment.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Article 5 \u2014 Cancellation and Modification<\/strong><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">All cancellations must be requested in writing to <a href=\"mailto:info@mycowork.fr\">info@mycowork.fr<\/a>.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">The applicable cancellation period is <strong>14 days (2 weeks)<\/strong> before the reservation date. After this period, the reservation remains due in full, unless otherwise agreed by myCowork. <\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">Any request for modification of date or time will be reviewed based on availability, without guarantee of acceptance.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Article 6 \u2014 Catering Options (&#8220;food&#8221;)<\/strong><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">Catering options are offered subject to compliance with the following conditions:<\/p><ul dir=\"ltr\"><li>a minimum of 7 people,<\/li><li>an order placed at least 4 business days before the event date.<\/li><\/ul><p dir=\"ltr\">These options are not available for all rooms (notably the Georges room). Any modification to a catering order after validation is subject to myCowork&#8217;s agreement and the deadlines indicated above. <\/p><p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Article 7 \u2014 Access and Use of Premises<\/strong><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">The client agrees to use the premises and equipment provided (rooms, coworking spaces) with due diligence, in accordance with their intended purpose, and to respect the reserved times. Any damage observed may be subject to additional invoicing. <\/p><p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Article 8 \u2014 Liability<\/strong><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">myCowork shall not be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of the premises, nor for personal items left unattended.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Article 9 \u2014 Complaints<\/strong><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">Any complaint regarding a reservation must be sent to <a href=\"mailto:info@mycowork.fr\">info@mycowork.fr<\/a> as soon as possible.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Article 10 \u2014 Applicable Law<\/strong><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">These GTCs are governed by French law.
